A new project born from the idea of four longtime friends. A wine that represents fun and conviviality of this product, because, wine sipped together has a completely different flavor.
The vineyard (3000 m2 of surface) is located in Francavilla Bisio, grapes are harvested by hand and brought to the winery with a small trailer, destemmed and sent to the stainless-steel tank where they undergo a pre-fermentative cold maceration of 48 hours, with protection from oxidation through the use of CO2. This technique allows us to extract all the aromatic and polyphenolic components, to obtain a fresh, young red wine, suitable for every occasion. Fermentation continues in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, then, the mass is drawn off and the flower wine separated from the pressed to maintain freshness and aroma. Maturation continues in steel tanks and, once bottled, it rests for about three months before being ready for consumption.
