Valditerra family owned vineyards in the hills of the south side of Novi Ligure.

Barbera (100%)

Production technique
The varieties are vinified separately, with a maceration of 80-10 days. Before the malolactic fermentation the wines are racked into French oak barriques, 30% new, where they remain for about 9 months. At this point we determine the exact percentages of each grape and the wine is assembled final. The 'aging in bottle lasts for at least 1 year.

Tasting notes
Ruby red with purple highlights.
Perfume rich and wide where the varietal characteristics, create an 'explosion of sensations.
The moderate dose of good French oak enriches the extraordinary complexity of this wine.

Alcohol: 13%

Wine from long aging. Important accompanying red meats and cheeses. Wine suitable for moments of meditation
