Production Area
Vineyards belonging to the Valditerra family .

Soils : Clayey and calcareous hills

Grapes used: Cortese vine species, 100%

Production method:
The selection of grapes and their soft pressing make it possible to obtain a must rich in fragrance
and taste. Plain fermentation follows with noble lees at a controlled temperature and subsequent
conservation at low temperature.
Bottling in inert atmosphere and subsequent maturing in bottles.

Organoleptic characteristic:
Straw- coloured.
Fresh, fruity and intense fragrance. Structure and balanced taste giving a warm, velvety feeling.

Alcoholic content: 12 % vol.
Serving temperature: 12°-14° C°
Excellent as aperitif, particularly indicated with seafood hors d’ oeuvre and fish.
