Production method:
The selection of grapes and their soft pressing make it possible to obtain a must rich in fragrance
and taste. Plain fermentation of clean must follows at a controlled temperature and subsequent
conservation at low temperature. The wine then passes in an autoclave to give it a slight sparkling.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Straw-coloured.
Fresh, fruity fragrance. Fresh, balanced, slightly acid taste.
Alcoholic content : 11,5 % vol
Serving temperature : 8-10 C°
Excellent as aperitif, particularly indicated as wine for the whole meal.
